Yes. Accounting (Exact Online, AFAS, Twinfield), fulfilment (Picqer, Monta, Sendcloud), marketplaces (bol.com, Amazon) and marketing (Klaviyo, Channable) all have proven integrations on Shopify. Existing custom integrations are replicated through the GraphQL Admin API or middleware.
Shopify Plus is the choice for B2B with company accounts and price lists, for checkout customisation through Checkout UI extensions and for heavy API loads: Plus has ten times the API limits of the standard plans. Shopify Flow and Shopify Functions are available on every paid plan, so they are not a reason for Plus in themselves. We advise the plan based on your audit.
