Webfluencer is a fast-growing, award-winning digital agency based in Amsterdam. We have the pleasure of working with amazing clients such as Bacardi, ID&T, and Amsterdam UMC. We have been up and running for four years now, and with a current team of 17+ people, we are always looking for new talent to strengthen our team.
As a UX/UI or brand designer, you are able to translate complex challenges into a clear narrative and deliver pixel-perfect designs, for small businesses to multinational brands. You collaborate daily with the design team to create tailored digital products such as (online) identities, websites, mobile apps, and platforms for a wide range of clients. You start from scratch and excel at turning a client's mission into a compelling story. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our own projects. Throughout your work, you maintain close client contact and clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions to clients and the team.
Wat ga je doen?
- Designing compelling UX/UI designs for unique projects
- Translating client missions into brand identities
- Supporting and guiding team members in all aspects and phases of a project, from breaking down creative briefs to developing new designs and the overall online strategy
- Facilitating and organizing workshops with our clients
Wat breng je mee?
- At least 3 years of experience as a web or brand designer at a startup or agency
- You have thorough knowledge of the user-centered product design process
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a nice plus)
- You are a skilled and independent designer who communicates well with both clients and the team
- You have experience presenting digital products
- You have the ability to manage (multiple) projects simultaneously
- You draw from various sources of inspiration and stay up to date with the latest trends
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing experience in web and app projects. Motion & 3D design is a nice plus.
