As Senior UX/UI Designer, you are responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and conversion-focused digital experiences. You work independently or as part of a team on a wide range of projects, from concept to pixel-perfect final result. You are an expert at bringing together user behavior, client goals, and design principles into smart solutions.
You are involved in the entire process: from facilitating workshops and translating insights into wireframes to designing high-end UI for websites, platforms, and online stores. Visual design or branding is not a must, but if you also excel in those areas: a definite plus.
Wat ga je doen?
- Translating complex client requirements into high-converting UX/UI solutions
- Designing modern, scalable digital interfaces across various devices
- Working on projects from the start: from wireframes, flows, and user journeys to hi-fi UI
- Ensuring consistency in design, usability, and brand experience
- Guiding clients through your choices with well-founded presentations and design rationale
- Coaching fellow designers, challenging developers, and collaborating with strategists
- Facilitating client workshops and design validation sessions
- Contributing to internal projects and the further development of processes and workflows
Wat breng je mee?
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer (agency or startup experience is a plus)
- You have advanced proficiency with tools such as Figma (and optionally Adobe Suite)
- You understand how design influences behavior, conversion, and brand perception
- You can independently lead projects and advise clients
- You have a strong and diverse portfolio (web, mobile, optionally SaaS/platform)

- Experience with motion or 3D design
