We are looking for a Business Development Manager who doesn't wait for the phone to ring but goes out into the market proactively. Someone who understands what eCommerce businesses need to grow online, and who can translate our services into tangible value for the client. Are you that person? Then we'd love to meet you.

Wat ga je doen?

As Business Development Manager at Webfluencer, you are responsible for acquiring new clients end-to-end. That means you identify opportunities, initiate first contact, lead the sales conversations, write proposals, and close the deals. No sitting back and waiting for inbound leads — you go out and make it happen. You will primarily target businesses in the eCommerce sector looking to grow through better online stores, stronger SEO, and higher conversion rates. Think Shopify stores ready to scale, or brands aiming to improve their organic visibility. You know exactly how to reach these companies, what their pain points are, and how Webfluencer provides the answer. And you work smart: at Webfluencer we actively use AI for prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach, so you can spend your time on what truly matters — having great conversations and closing deals.

  • Identify and approach leads via LinkedIn, email, and your network, supported by AI tools for prospecting and outreach
  • Conduct sales conversations with decision-makers at eCommerce companies and growth brands
  • Pitch and present our SEO and eCommerce services persuasively and tailored to each prospect
  • Write proposals, negotiate, and close deals
  • Ensure a warm handover of new clients to our delivery team for a flying start
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our AI-driven sales tooling and processes
  • Monitor the market and competition to keep our proposition sharp
  • Report consistently on your pipeline and results via our CRM

Wat breng je mee?

We are looking for a driven sales professional with proven B2B new-business experience. You know how to manage a sales process from start to finish and you're not afraid to go out into the market proactively. An affinity with the digital world — specifically eCommerce and SEO — is essential. You don't need to be a technical specialist, but you must understand what our solutions mean for clients and why they matter. A major plus: you are curious about AI and know how to leverage it to prospect faster and more effectively.

  • At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably at a digital agency, SaaS company, or in the eCommerce sector
  • Demonstrable track record in new business development and independently closing deals
  • Affinity with eCommerce, Shopify, SEO, and/or web design — you understand the value, even without being a specialist
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • You work independently, prioritize effectively, and are resilient under pressure
  • Boldness and perseverance: you email, reach out on LinkedIn, and follow up consistently
  • Affinity with AI tools for prospecting and sales automation, or the drive to learn quickly
