About the role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly and conversion-oriented digital experiences. You will work independently or in a team on a variety of projects – from concept to pixel perfect end result. You know better than anyone how to bring together user behavior, customer goals and design principles into smart solutions.

You will be involved in the entire process: from facilitating workshops and turning insights into wireframes to designing high-end UI for websites, platforms and web shops. Visual design or branding is not a must, but if you are strong in those as well: big plus.

What you will do

• Translate complex customer requests into converting UX/UI solutions

• Designing modern, scalable digital interfaces for a variety of devices

• Working on projects from inception: from wireframes, flows and user journeys to hi-fi UI

• Monitor consistency in design, usability and brand experience

• Engage clients in your choices through reasoned presentations and design rationale

• Coaching co-designers, challenging developers and collaborating with strategists

• Facilitate customer workshops and sessions for design validation

• Contribute to internal projects and the further development of processes and practices

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer (agency or startup experience is a plus)

• You think strategically, design functionally and deliver pixel perfect design

• You have a high-level command of tools such as Figma (and possibly Adobe Suite)

• You understand how to use design to influence behavior, conversion and brand perception

• You can independently lead projects and advise clients

• You have a strong and diverse portfolio (web, mobile, possibly SaaS/platform)

• Experience with motion or 3D? Always nice to have.
